jbaj Terms & Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform in Bangladesh

Residency and Jurisdiction

jbaj is operated as an online gaming service accessible to players in Bangladesh. By using jbaj, you confirm that you are accessing the service from within Bangladesh and that doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jbaj complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. jbaj makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction beyond what is stated in these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jbaj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players may be required to submit identity documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any time jbaj reasonably requests. Accepted documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is satisfactorily completed. jbaj reserves the right to close accounts where identity cannot be verified.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and the mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh. If any information you have provided becomes outdated or inaccurate, you must update your account details promptly. jbaj accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jbaj login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jbaj will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jbaj support at [email protected] immediately.

Account Closure by the Member

You may close your jbaj account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be settled. Remaining real-money balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Deposit Methods and Minimums

jbaj accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. jbaj does not accept cash deposits or deposits from payment methods not registered in the Member's own name.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jbaj support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal is processed, jbaj may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may be delayed where jbaj has a reasonable basis to investigate the transaction. jbaj aims to process approved withdrawals within 1 to 24 hours under normal operating conditions.

Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment credentials is strictly prohibited. jbaj employs automated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to freeze accounts, reverse transactions, and refer matters to relevant authorities where fraudulent activity is detected or reasonably suspected. Chargebacks initiated without genuine cause will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 is available to new Members who have completed full account registration, passed any applicable KYC checks, and made a first qualifying deposit of at least ৳200. The bonus is credited automatically. Each eligible Member may claim the welcome bonus once only. jbaj reserves the right to verify that a claim is genuine and to withhold the bonus where the eligibility conditions have not been met.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by jbaj are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or colluding with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jbaj reserves the right to void all bonuses, reverse all related winnings and close the accounts of any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

Prohibited Actions Include

• Creating or operating more than one jbaj account (including accounts in another person's name)
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with jbaj games or systems
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of games or sports markets offered on jbaj
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using payment credentials that do not belong to the registered Member

Ownership of Content

All content on the jbaj platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, audiovisual content and the jbaj brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of jbaj or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms or on the jbaj platform grants you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any jbaj content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of jbaj intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Platform Availability

jbaj does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service interruptions, or events outside jbaj's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. jbaj will not be liable for losses arising from periods of platform unavailability, including losses of winnings or bonuses that could not be claimed during a system outage.

Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jbaj platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. jbaj's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination by jbaj

jbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time where jbaj reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of KYC requirements and fraud clearance, at jbaj's sole discretion.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a jbaj account for any reason, the Member's right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets or game rounds in progress at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. jbaj will retain account records for a minimum period as required by its data retention policy, which is described in the Privacy Policy.

Right to Amend

jbaj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jbaj will notify registered Members by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address on file. Continued use of the jbaj platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
